I asked for photo copies from the album manager from my T.O.P.S. Take Off Pounds Sensibly group.  Although I knew the scale was registering 72 pounds less of me, I couldn't see the difference.

When she brought the photos to me last Monday, I was shocked!  I had not realized how big I had gotten & am VERY grateful to have taken action & made the changes to release, remove & get rid of this excess baggage I've been carrying around. What a relief.

I now can continue this joyful journey to weight management with the knowledge that my efforts have paid off & I can be encouraged.
